Clinic Policies

Direct Billing

Due to potential circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee direct billing. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. Please ensure you are prepared to cover any balance not paid by your insurance.

Cancellation

To cancel or modify your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice by Calling us or via E-mail. This allows us sufficient time to accommodate other clients. Failure to cancel within this 24-hour period will result in a charge equivalent to the full price of the missed appointment. 

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

We take the security and confidentiality of our clients' records very seriously. All client records are securely stored and accessible only to authorized professionals.

In accordance with the Privacy Act, your records and treatment details will not be disclosed to your spouse, partner, or any third party without your explicit written consent. Please note that in compliance with legal requirements, records may be released if mandated by law.

Client Guidelines and Policies


Medical Conditions

   - It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any current medical conditions or changes in your health status prior to each session.


Appointment Duration

   - The duration of your appointment includes time allocated for assessments and discussions about your treatment plan.


Communication During Treatment

   - If you experience any pain or discomfort during your treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.


Zero Tolerance Policy

   - We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding sexual advances towards our therapists. Such behaviour will result in immediate discharge from the clinic.

   - Any form of disrespectful language, harassment, threatening speech, or abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated and will also result in immediate discharge from the clinic.


Substance Use

   - Treatments will not be performed if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Appointments canceled for these reasons will result in a full payment being required from the client.


 Right to Refuse or Cancel Treatment

   - We reserve the right to refuse treatment or cancel any appointment without prior notice.


These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of both clients and staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
